I have worked with Matt Evans on two projects. One was a large Michigan home that he did a wonderful job of taking our ideas and putting them on paper and pulling the entire project together in a short time frame. Matt listens very well to what the client says and gives sound advice on how your ideas can be put into the project. He also was very helpful on giving ideas on how to contain costs of construction and came up with numerous practical suggestions. He was a pleasure to work with and I felt his bills were very reasonable for a job well done.

I am a custom home builder and remodeler who has worked with Matt for 25 years, and continue to do so. He has been consistently creative and practical in his designs. My clients find him easy to work with because he is friendly, listens carefully to their goals, and incorporates their vision in his plans. I have never had a problem building what he draws, which isn't the case with all architects. Matt is pleasant to work with and open to design ideas from me or my clients.

I'm Doni Flanigan, Interior Designer and Master Builder. Together, Matt and I created a historic remodel in the Mason area in the Heritage Club Estates. We added 5500 sq ft to the home as well as completely giving the clients a new dwelling without moving. Matts knowledge and integrity is amazing and he's just so cool to work with!! I will be working with Matt for the rest of my career .
