We've worked with Matt on several projects. He's designed a home for us and also designed a new kitchen and family room for a very old home that we live in now. I have worked with Matt Evans on two projects. One was a large Michigan home that he did a wonderful job of taking our ideas and putting them on paper and pulling the entire project together in a short time frame. Matt listens very well to what the client says and gives sound advice on how your ideas can be put into the project. He also was very helpful on giving ideas on how to contain costs of construction and came up with numerous practical suggestions. I'm Doni Flanigan, Interior Designer and Master Builder. Together, Matt and I created a historic remodel in the Mason area in the Heritage Club Estates. We added 5500 sq ft to the home as well as completely giving the clients a new dwelling without moving. Matts knowledge and integrity is amazing and he's just so cool to work with!!
